Emerald Coast ceremony ledger
- Autumn 2026 A Gulf Breeze lawn ceremony used low bowls of white roses that could be lifted, packed, and reset at the reception tent before sunset. Guest welcome kits traveled in labeled crates so nothing sat in a hot car.
- Through 2025 A Rosemary Beach rehearsal dinner shifted from the sand to a covered porch after a squall. Lanterns and lounge chairs from the warehouse filled the porch in one afternoon run from Panama City Beach.
- 18 November 2022 An Alys Beach Kelly Green setup taught the crew to stage tent weights and floral foam the night before, then roll the last carts at first light.
