A weekend clock that fits 30A traffic

Friday rehearsals along 30A often start later than the invitation says, because Highway 98 and County 30A both clog after beach days. Build a buffer, then let the floral team load after the last grocery run, not during it.

Saturday morning is for hydration checks and signage. Ceremony chairs and aisle foam should already be on site. The studio prefers one van run at first light rather than three rushed trips at noon.

Sunday brunch florals can reuse Saturday greenery if it was kept in water overnight. Tell the designers before the first toast, not after the last dance.
